Find the six base halls and the two expansion halls, their unlock quests, lords and public secret-route descriptions. Hall-specific mechanics are attributed to the community wiki; undocumented coordinates and recommended levels are left out.
Eight halls and the unlock chain
The wiki hall index lists eight stages. Haunted Caverns is open at the start. Ember Grounds opens after the Imp Chieftain, Forgotten Viaduct after the Wraith Warlord, Frozen Depths after the Frost Knight, and Chambers of Dissonance after the Twisted Construct. The Vault follows a Greed quest. The Boglands needs the DLC and the Trail to Decay quest. The Archives is the Lost Archives stage. Recommended character levels are not published, so they are omitted.

Questions and answers
What time does the Lich spawn in Haunted Caverns?
The wiki’s wave note puts the Lich at 8:00 remaining and Lord of Pain at 0:00. Frozen Depths and Chambers wave tables are marked unfinished on the wiki, so those clocks are not copied here.
Is the Vault a DLC map?
No. It is a base-game hall with no timer. Bard’s quest ends there. See the Vault guide.
