The Vault in Halls of Torment

The Vault is a base-game hall rather than paid DLC. The community wiki describes tribute modifiers, four pylons and Lord of Greed; defeating him and watching the ending is the Bard unlock route. This guide separates those steps from timed-hall progression.

Rules that are different here
The Fandom Vault page says the stage has no timer, tributes instead of the usual pickup rhythm, and four pillars. It also says Agony, artifacts, and the well are absent. Those restrictions are one wiki page. I did not find a Steam patch note in the October 2026 set that repeals them.
Lord of Greed is sealed until the four pylons fall. Each pylon is listed at 50,000 health. Drop tables beyond the Bard quest are not copied here because the page I used describes the seal, not a loot row.
Bard
The Penny Dropped is the Bard quest: defeat Lord of Greed and watch the ending. Bard is a free-update hero, not part of The Boglands or The Lost Archives. There is no secret page chain in the Vault; the wiki says this hall has no page secret.

Is the Vault a DLC?
No. It is a base-game hall. The Boglands and the Archives are the paid stage DLCs.
Can you turn on Agony in the Vault?
The wiki says Agony is not available in the Vault. That is a single-source rule.
