Elites that gate characters
Several character quests are elite kills rather than lords: the Lich and Imp Chieftain in the caverns, the Wraith Horseman and Frost Knight on the viaduct, the Basilisk and Elder Giant in Frozen Depths, the Wyrm Queen on Ember Grounds, and The Lost Court in the Archives. Those names are on the unlock page with the quest that cites them.

The wiki describes the fight and The Penny Dropped quest, which unlocks Bard after the ending. A full loot table was not on the pages I used, so it is left blank.
