The Lost Archives launched on 22 October 2026; the US Steam listing is $3.99. Compare its new hall, heroes, abilities and quests before buying. Steam advertises 66 new quests while the wiki DLC summary says 65; those source totals remain separate.
Price against the base game
On 29 October 2026 the US Steam API showed The Lost Archives at $3.99 and the base game at a $6.66 list ($4.99 with the day’s 25% sale). The DLC needs the base game. PlayStation’s US search the same day also listed the DLC at $3.99. I am not scoring it out of ten; no review aggregate for this DLC was on the store page I fetched.
What the pages say is inside
Steam’s short pitch: a forbidden library under the halls, blood cultists and inquisitors. The store feature list says 66 new quests, 3 abilities (Judging Light, Shields of Vengeance, Blood Rite), 6 artifacts, and 20+ items. The wiki page, one source, says 65 quests, the same 3 abilities, 6 artifacts, 21 items, 6 marks, and a Judgment Damage blessing. The two new heroes on both pages are Inquisitor and Blood Apostle.
The hall page calls the stage Archives, also described as the Library of Forbidden Texts, with a 30-minute default. Beating Lord of Deceit unlocks Kill Count at 35,000 kills, wiki only. The Book Goblin secret is a numbered-shelf puzzle; the summoned goblin hits the lord’s illusions first.

Mobile and saves
I did not find an Erabit post that puts The Lost Archives on iOS or Android. The mobile Premium announcement that does exist is for The Boglands. Until a store page lists the Archives, treat the phone ports as without this DLC. Steam and console purchases are separate from the phone SKUs.
Questions and answers
Is The Lost Archives a free update?
No. It is a paid DLC, $3.99 on US Steam on 29 October 2026. The same day also had a separate free update (Weekly Challenge Shrine, Kill Count, lifetime stats, difficulty rework).
Do I have to finish the base game first?
You need to own the base game. The new heroes unlock from Archives quests, so the DLC content itself is what gates them.
Is The Lost Archives on mobile?
Not on any store listing I could find on 29 October 2026. Boglands is the mobile DLC Erabit had announced.
